Estimation of Construction Cost: RM 120 Million

The Residential Serviced Apartment with 2 Level of Basement and 7 storey height slope behind the development located at Jalan Robson, Kuala Lumpur. The development comprised of 2 blocks of 29 storeys serviced apartment (404 units) on top of a level of serviced podium, 6 levels of elevated car parking and 2 levels of basement car parking. Project GDV is RM 555 million. The client decided to adopt seismic design, for the comfort of the residents.
