Project Status: Completed 2015.

Imperial Residence is located along Jalan Mas Utama, Off Cheras-Kajang Highway in Taman Rasa Sayang, Cheras, Selangor and surrounded by lush greenery. Land size of the development is approximately 2.4 acres and it consist of 6 storey of elevated car park floor, podium floor and 2 blocks of 24 storey of apartment (229 units). Shear wall system was proposed for the development to meet tight delivery schedule of the project.
